Our commitment
This website and the PIPPA (Pre-Interview Planning & Preparation Assessment) tool are designed with accessibility and inclusive practice at its core. We aim to make them accessible and usable by as many people as possible, including those using assistive technologies.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at Level AA.
What we have done
- Structured content using clear headings, labels, and logical navigation
- Ensured sufficient colour contrast across all pages and interface elements
- Designed all functionality to be usable via keyboard navigation
- Provided consistent form labelling and grouping to support screen readers
- Added ARIA roles, live regions, and landmark elements throughout
- Included visible focus indicators for all interactive elements
- Included clear instructions and prompts to support comprehension and reduce cognitive load
- Grouped form controls using
<fieldset>and<legend>elements - Added skip navigation links on all pages
Ongoing work
We are committed to continuous improvement. Accessibility is reviewed regularly, including testing with assistive technologies and user feedback.
Known limitations
While we strive for full compliance, some areas may still be improved. We welcome feedback to help us identify and address any issues.
